A38 from Gloucester, right 4th exit to A38 Bristol
Especially important to check the left mirror for traffic in the left lane as you leave the roundabout. You can move to the left lane earlier (after the services exit) if it is safe to do so.

If the left lane has traffic, exit in lane 2 and accelerate smoothly, then look for a safe opportunity to move to lane 1. Count the lanes from the left. You can move to lane 1 earlier (after the A38 Bristol exit) if it is safe to do so.

As you enter the roundabout, use the guide dots to get you into the correct lane.

Take lane 1 on the approach from M5 direction, as early as you safely can, then simply stick to that lane through the roundabout.

From the B4072 Stroud Road, approach in the left lane for the A4173 to Stroud, third exit.
It is badly signed on approach. Take the left lane and stay left on the roundabout.
